BC Back-Contact Solar Panels — All Black, No Busbars
A minimalist all-black face with no busbars on the front — better temperature coefficient and no hot-spot risk, so it runs more efficiently and more safely, with strong low-light performance. Ideal for integrated smart-product designs.
Putting the grid on the back removes the silver fingers that break up the front face, and with them the shading losses and the hot-spot mechanism that comes from a partially shaded cell string. The result is a cleaner surface for visible installations and a more forgiving module in low light — which is why BC is the usual choice for design-led products.

Questions buyers ask
Why does BC avoid hot spots?
Without front busbars and with a different cell interconnection, a shaded cell has less opportunity to be reverse-biased by its neighbours — the mechanism that overheats a conventional module is largely removed.
Is the whole module black, including the frame?
The front is fully black. Black anodised frames, black back sheet and black junction boxes are available so the finished module reads as one surface.
What is the minimum order?
