Custom-Shaped Solar Panels for Product Applications

Real application products built for customer markets — a curved visor panel, a camouflage folding strip, a charger pad and solar-fabric bags. The panel is cut, folded or sewn to fit the product, not the other way round.

Most of this work starts with a shape that does not exist in any catalogue: a hat brim, a bag flap, a curved shield. Laser cutting and laser scribing let us split a cell into the outline your product needs while keeping the electrical layout intact, and the laminate can be stitched into fabric or bonded to plastic.

Custom options

Send a photo of the product, the available surface and the power you need. We propose the cell split, the laminate and the fixing method, then quote a sample. If the shape is new, we cut a paper template first so you can check the fit before any tooling.

Questions buyers ask

Can you cut a panel to an irregular outline?

Yes. Cells are laser-scribed and cut to the outline; the busbar layout is redesigned so the module still delivers its rated voltage in the new shape.

Do you work from a photo or a drawing?

Either. A photo with a ruler in frame is often enough to start; for production we need a dimensioned drawing or a CAD file.

Can the panel be sewn into a bag?

Yes — that is the usual method for fabric products. The laminate is edge-sealed and stitched into a pocket, with the leads routed through a reinforced eyelet.
