Custom Flexible Solar Panels — ETFE, up to 400 W
ETFE-laminated flexible modules built to non-standard dimensions and wattages up to 400 W — the route for OEM programmes and projects that cannot use a catalogue size.
The laminate is 3 mm thin, weighs a fraction of a glass module and is bonded directly to the surface with adhesive or fixed through stainless eyelets, so there is no racking, no wind noise and no drilled holes through a roof membrane. The ETFE front sheet keeps over 95% light transmission across the service life and resists UV yellowing far better than PET.

Custom options
Width, length, cell count, voltage and lead length are all made to order. Curved or narrow formats, adhesive backing, black or white back sheet and a junction box positioned to clear your fixing points are quoted from your drawing.
Questions buyers ask
Can a flexible panel be walked on?
Walkable versions are available with a reinforced laminate and a textured surface — tell us the traffic load. Standard ETFE laminates are for occasional foot traffic only.
How is the panel fixed to a curved roof?
Two ways: high-strength adhesive (the usual choice for RV and marine), or stainless eyelets bonded into the laminate for lacing or bolt fixing. Both are quoted with the panel.
Do you build to my exact dimensions?
